I’m Prakruthi Ranganath, a corporate and commercial lawyer with over seven years of experience across law firms and in-house roles. My work spans technology, engineering, retail, and real estate, focusing on commercial contracts, data privacy, and legal operations.

I help businesses negotiate stronger contracts, simplify legal risks, and close deals faster, balancing legal precision with commercial practicality. Over the years, I’ve supported cross-border transactions, advised on privacy compliance, and built efficient systems for contract management.
